What is the shortest and longest period for Funktion-One hire?

The minimum hire charge is for 24 hours and there is no maximum for the length a hire can be. Contact us with the dates and we will reply with a quote.

What is your cancellation policy?

If a hire is cancelled within seven days prior to the event, 50% of the fee is payable. If a hire is cancelled within 48 hours of the event, 100% of the hire fee is payable.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, when you book and confirm your hire a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due to be paid on the day of the hire.

What type of events do you do and what is the maximum audience capacity?

We do all types of events from club nights, pub gigs, live gigs, weddings, and small festival stages for up to 500 people.

Will you do a site visit?

Yes, we would visit the venue to discuss your requirements and to complete a risk assessment and health and safety check for the loading and unloading of the equipment.

Can I dry hire the PA system for my event?

Unfortunately, no. The Funktion-One sound system is a complex audio loudspeaker system that you need to be trained on to use correctly. The Funktion-One sound system is powered by FFA (Full Fat Audio). FFA amplifiers are used in conjunction with FFA Fatware software that is loaded onto our laptops and controlled remotely to deliver the best possible sound for your event.
